The Cat's Meeeoow!
You can help control the cat and kitty population in Tremont by taking advantage of the APL Trap-Neuter-Return program.
With this program, the cat is humanely trapped, taken to the APL and provided the following services:
- Spay/Neuter Surgery
- Ear-Tipping
- Rabies Vaccination
- FVRCP Vaccination
If needed:
- Topical Flea Treatment
- Tapeworm Injection
- FELV/FIV Snap Test
Afterward,
the cat is returned to the same area where they were found so they can
effectively hold or defend their territory against other cats moving in.
This helps stabilize the area’s cat population.
The
cost for all these services is just $10 per cat. However, SoTre Properties will pay half of this fee!
All you have to do is submit a receipt from the APL and you will be reimbursed.

All Pets are Welcome at SoTre Properties
Our pet policy is as follows, there is a nominal pet fee that is to be paid annually and this fee is considered nonrefundable.
A pet deposit is also required. If you have one pet, the deposit is half of one month's rent. If you have two or more pets, the deposit is one month's rent.
The pet deposit is 100% refundable as long as there is no damage to the apartment when you leave.
